Boca residents question use of city land as bio lure
As Palm Beach County and Boca Raton officials wait to see whether the Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies accepts a $93 million deal to lure it to the T-Rex Corporate Center, local property owners like Tony Barr question the way city leaders have used city land in this latest sweetheart deal.
